It is girl! It so is!

The struggle is real and I completely understand. That little weight gain seems to take our self-consciousness from 0 to 100 real quick but loving ourselves where we're at is the first step!

I'm so happy you're at peace now though! Keep at it with exercising and eating better. Remember, I'm right there in the trenches with you!

Thank you so much for leaving a comment! <3 it!

P.S. Two bloggers that I follow for practical tips are Crista of Bahamianista (her Instagram is lit - https://www.instagram.com/bahamianista/) and GetFitWith Massi (https://twitter.com/GetFitWithMassi) - her Twitter is packed with goodies!

It is so important to have body confidence and to fiercely protect it. Since my little weight gain I have been so self-conscious of what I wear and to where. Sometimes honestly I get frustrated and mad at myself when I try on my cute little outfits and they don’t fit. I swear my frustration and madness alone cause me to take several hours to get ready. Girl the struggle is real. 😂

I am making peace with my current situation and eating healthier now. I am also exercising once in a while but I need to make it regular so I can see more results.

My excuse before was food is the enemy but now I am doing much better. I have also grown to love and accept my body no matter what number on the scale or that annoying back roll that won’t budge. Great post Tamara I feel you on this one girl. 😊
