You know the classic of tying a flannel shirt around your waist? I’ve always wanted to wear it! However, I’m not a huge fan of flannel. I like when others wear it but, for some reason, when I try it I don’t love it enough to buy it.
One day, it dawned on me that I should try to use one of my Baydian scarfs to recreate the look. I folded my scarf into a triangle and tied it around my waist. Ta-da!! It was a success. Instead of flannel, I used something that I already owned and a print that I was comfortable with to recreate a classic look.
